The Intersection of Sport and Fashion We created a one-stop-shop that fit the needs of both cap collectors and casual sports fans striking a balance between commerce and brand storytelling. Bite-size content woven throughout lived at the intersection of sport and fashion serving up the latest cap drops.
A library of stackable page components were designed to mix and match to keep the site experience feeling fresh with a goal of making the platform modular for ease of authoring.
New Era X You A core component of the redesign was the overhaul of the flash-based cap customizer. Most product builders are clunky on hand held devices so we took a mobile first approach optimizing the experience to fit kids' connected lifestyle. It’s intuitively easy to use and made designing a cap fun.
A NExU landing page was designed to highlight designer collabs, hot new colors/patterns and popular consumer cap creations spotlighted each week. A new gallery allowed consumers to filter and shop the communities’ caps.
